Share good practice and help every patient in Wales to benefit from improvements Morale boost for shortlisted teams and their organisation Winners receive a bursary, trophy and certificate Can use submission to enter other awards/conferences eg. International Forum Positive coverage in media for your organisation

You can enter too! Your own work or in partnership with other departments: Joint entry from ABM Communications and Midwifery teams shortlisted in 2011 for project offering mothers-to-be ‘virtual tours’ of maternity options. Other projects to consider: Improving quality through better use of resources – Aneurin Bevan’s 100,000 Days / Every Day Counts for Megan Campaign Promoting better health and avoiding disease – Hywel’s House / ABM Measles Campaign / Public Health Wales Launch of AAA Screening Programme Improving patient safety – Any 1000 Lives campaign like STOP, pressure ulcers etc
