 On the S: Drive  Resources >  RPS >  Fire Safety Forms

 Start to finish (on “S” drive)  Planning  Announcing  Challenge  follow up  Paperwork

 These forms are to be submitted via following all fire drills.  Fire drill report forms should be completed, as thoroughly as possible, immediately after the conclusion of a drill and sent to that area’s Area/Senior Coordinator, the Security Coordinator (Ricky Young), Director of RPS (Rick Gibson) & the Associate Director for Residence Life (Ralphel Smith) or the Associate Director for Staff Development and Student Conduct (Keener Scott).  Fire drills must be held at least once every semester, no later than three weeks after the beginning of the semester.  Evacuations as a result of false alarms may be considered fire drills if the evacuation was properly conducted in the judgment of the area or senior coordinator.

 How do they differ?  Challenge  follow up  Paperwork

 These forms are to be submitted via following any activation of the fire alarm system in a residence hall.  Fire alarm activation reports should be completed, as thoroughly as possible, immediately after activations occur and send it to that area’s Area/Senior Coordinator, the Security Coordinator (Ricky Young), Director of RPS (Rick Gibson) & the Associate Director for Residence Life (Ralphel Smith) or the Associate Director for Staff Development and Student Conduct (Keener Scott).
