Job Profile - Medical Scribe Page 2 Medical Scribes are the future of an interactive industry. They are the Physician’s support system. As a Medical Scribe, you work alongside physicians in a real time environment. Medical Scribes undertake creating and/ or updating the medical charts of patients in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and thereby freeing the physicians for focusing on what they do best – taking care of patients. All this is done while the Scribe is far away from the physician; but connected through technology. With the onset of technology like Google Glass, the idea of Medical Scribe has become a reality. Being a part of live physician-patient encounter, Medical Scribes greatly add value by increasing the time spent on patient care. This profile of a Medical Scribe is expected to be a part of the physician patient interaction remotely and comprehend the conversation in the Electronic Health Record.

Eligibility B Pharma, BDS, BPT, BSC Biology, BSc Microbiology, BSc Biomedical, BSc Nursing, B Tech Biotechnology, M Pharma, MPT, MSc Biology, MSc Microbiology, MSc Biomedical, MSc Nursing, MTech Biotechnology, BSc Biotech, MSc Biotech or other Medical Graduation and Post Graduation can apply Candidate who is possessing experience in Medical Transcription or Medical Writing Or Medical Content Writing experience can apply with any qualification Fresher or Experienced any can apply Must be willing to work in night shift. Must possess excellent English Communication Skills. ( Writing Listening and Speaking) Must have good knowledge of computers.

Code of Conduct Page 4 Employee is expected to work in night shifts Shift hours are 9:30 hours including break-timings. Follow 5-day work week Shifts are planned as per the Doctor’s schedule Employee are expected to follow IDS rules and code of conduct. Cabs are provided to female staffs during night shifts Employees, in no way, should indulge in any activity which may have negative impact for IDS. 100% attendance is mandatory during the trainings. In case of any exigency employees are required to seek permission from the respective trainers. Employees are expected to assure the confidentiality of documents, salary/ stipend, content, processes, procedures or any other detail shared with them during their training and/ or job. Employees are expected to connect with HR and/ or Ops team in case they have any query/ concern. A feedback form is circulated weekly and employees are expected to shared their views, opinions, suggestion, feedback or complaints through it. They can also approach their respective Trainers/ Team Leaders/ Managers or Location HR for any clarity or grievances.
