Membership 15 SSP members graduated on May new members in Spring 24 current members Community Health Center campuses across the country Brooklyn, NY Beaufort, SC Chicago, IL Milford, OH Seattle, WA Visalia, CA Waianae, HI Washington DC Arizona Flagstaff Mesa Tucson Maintaining membership 1 st and 2 nd years must maintain 85% GPA No course or clinical clerkship failures Must log at least 20 hours of community service on the chapter website

New Member Induction 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th year students invited to apply in the Fall 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd year students invited to apply in the Spring Application: academic honors, leadership, community service, dedication to school/profession, essay Minimum 85% GPA and no course failures/remediation Current members vote – must receive 90% Must briefly explain reason for yes or no vote Officer decisions to accept applicants with <90% approval Spring 2016 membership drive 17 applicants 8 new members inducted Refining induction process Need to have 90% approval?
