State of Ohio College Credit Plus HB 59, the FY14-15 biennial budget bill, required that the Chancellor make recommendations for College Credit Plus by December 31, 2013 for implementation in the school year. Overview of Ohio College Credit Plus 4 College Credit Plus (CCP) is an opportunity for qualified high school students to earn college credit before graduating high school. Free of charge to public school students with limited funds available by application for non-public and home-schooled students The state covers tuition, books, and fees from the per pupil funding allotted to the school district Students are eligible for up to 30 credit hours per academic year for up to 120 credit hours maximum between grades 7-12
