 Comprehensive interview findings will be proposed and drafted into the first drafts of the Full Committee draft Final Report due by early may.  The review of role and responsibility assignments for those involved in research administration and compliance functions is fully complete. The matrix will be moved to a place within UGA where it can be easily accessed by others. The Intranet will be a likely first-home for a published version.  The remaining 16 policy and procedure areas are being addressed by Huron. Some areas will require policy/procedure edits, others (where no policy or procedure exists) will receive “recommendations” on policy content and structure from Huron. Over the next week, UGA peers are being consulted for additional context.  From the faculty and administrative staff interviews, aspects on how UGA can enhance training and education programs for research administration have emerged. Recommendations for T&E will be included in the full Committee draft Final Report.  Report writing is underway; progress drafts will be presented as they emerge. A.
