MY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Searching resumes through various Job Portals ( ), Short listing of resumes Resume evaluation, and phone screening. Calling up candidates and explaining them the job details.

Cont. Tie ups with companies Uploading of resumes Lining up the candidates for the interview as per the schedule given by the client.

Findings: The scope of HR consultancy has become wider, because nowadays many companies go for outsourcing. This process reduces the costs of the company. Time consuming. Another thing that was a limitation was the net access. Nobody was allowed to access any other site than the Naukri, Monster & other job portal.
