Proposing the contract to be written for a 5-year base and 5/1- year options NOTE: The Source Selection Team is conducting an Early Strategies and Issues Session with the SSA later this year and will know the likelihood of achieving this at that time.

No contractor identification will be posted on the Q&As. No proprietary information discussion in One-on-One’s and no marketing materials/information authorized Kirtland Tour - stay together during the tour To take the tour – you must have responded to the Industry Day notice, and submitted all required documentation DO NOT engage current contract employees! All prospective contractors shall receive the same tour

Meeting will be adjourned if it evolves into a marketing pitch The purpose is to: Provide opportunity for offerors to get questions regarding the BMC/PWS answered The Government to gain feedback on PWS and contract structure How best to present the BMC requirement to enable industry the opportunity to provide a reasonable and competitive bid

War-winning capabilities … on time, on cost Performance Work Statement Base Maintenance Contract We are requesting feedback on the PWS drafts after each Industry Day event (NLT 1 week after) After all comments are submitted, revised documents will be posted on FBO accordingly and there will be subsequent opportunities for Industry comments All applicable documents for this acquisition will be posted on FBO
