POLY HIGH: Office of Student Assessment 9 th – NATIONAL FITNESS EXAM * 9 th – National Fitness Exam * The FITNESSGRAM is composed of the following six physical fitness areas: * Aerobic Capacity * Abdominal Strength and Endurance * Upper Body Strength and Endurance * Body Composition * Trunk Extensor Strength * Flexibility

POLY HIGH: Office of Student Assessment 10G – CST LIFE SCIENCE * 10 th – CST – LIFE SCIENCE * ALL 10 th graders take the LIFE SCIENCE portion of the CST’s on APRIL 19, * CST’s are taken with pencil and paper. * CST’s are slowly being phased out. * CST’s will eventually be fully replaced by the SBAs.
