Sleep and Rest Sleep – restful state in which there is little or no conscious thought. Sleep is important because that is when your body has a chance to recover, repair, and reenergize itself. Teenagers need between 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Your heart rate slows down by about beats per minute when you sleep.

Insomnia – a condition in which a person has difficulty sleeping Tips for getting good sound sleep 1.Get regular exercise 2.Use good stress management techniques. 3.Avoid eating late at night or right before bed. 4.Avoid food and drink that contain caffeine.
