Development of a low material endplate for LP1 and ILD Dan Peterson, Cornell At previous meetings, , showed the carbon fiber molded in the channeled small test beam Now, measurements of the test beams progress on construction models for LP1 space-frame endplate

Next Plan (from ) Make a series small prototype test beams that can be used for understanding the ability of the FEA to model the assembly. (1) LP1 (2) Al-carbon-fiber hybrid (3) Space frame : reported that the carbon fiber had been molded in the channeled beam Now: the Al-carbon-fiber hybrid beam has been machined and measured.
