cooperation between culture and education creates an environment of the immeasurable  > the measurable is society and education policy ready for this joint-venture?

creativity in general must be integrated in the education process formal education from primary school to university is the most important means to achieve this

the artist as important factor: his ideas his artistic competences the way he moves in society more informaton and learning processes in higher education about opportunities arising from cooperation between artistic and industrial worlds

culture and new technologies the artist is not an educator he must remain an artist, he can: inspire look at society in a critical way guard the context look at the implications of the new technologies the artist can start a new technological invention by making a new work of art.

we suggest a strategic partnership at European level between the Department of Culture and the Department of Economy, Education and Science can be a symbol that stimulates the integration of the different worlds of culture and economy
