The selfish giant By Giulia and Caterina

“What are you doing here?”

“Only I can play in my garden”

When the spring comes, only in the giant’s garden there’s still snow, hail, frost and cold wind

But one day the giant opens the window and… “Oh! Springs is here again!”

Children are playing and enjoying, birds are flying and singing again

There’s just one little boy in a corner under a tree covered with snow

“I can help you to climb up the tree, my little boy”

“ You can play in my garden forever, my little children”

Children go to the giant’s garden everyday, but he giant never sees the little boy again

When the giant gets old, the boy comes back and takes the giant to the Paradise
