Hydrology Project: Objectives ● First Step ● Use coupled IBIS - THMB for India (Ganga- Brahmaputra : Using available global datasets) ● Include N 2 and water temperature in model for Amazon (Apply to Ganga-Brahmatra ?)

Hydrology Project: Objectives ● Second Step: experiments ● Validate IBIS-THMB with CGCM outputs ● Use validated CGCM to create different future scenarios ● Use IBIS-THMB to investigate the impact on river discharge in Amazon and Ganga-Brahmaputra ● Evaluate the responses of regional vegetation, land use, runoff, and climate over seasonal time-scales.
