Biggest issues facing North Dakota 2014 Handling new oil money Managing rapid population growth Meeting state’s workforce needs Handling a drop in oil prices 2016 Budget Managing population growth Meeting state’s workforce needs Diversifying the economy Volatility in ag and energy commodity prices
