Assistive Technology Act Programs  Public Law The Improving Access to Assistive Technology for Individuals with Disabilities Act of  State AT Programs – each state and US Territory operates an Assistive Technology Program with the same core components.

VATP VT’s AT Act Program o Core services are available to anyone o AT for disability and aging related needs o Statewide, all ages and needs o No eligibility requirements o Anyone can refer for services
