Summary Mr.Duffy is accused of the murder of Myra Duffy (his wife). Its the perfect murder, no witnesses, no evidence. He thinks. Theo's friend Julio has a cousin that is employed at Waverly Creek Country Club of the Waverly Creek community. He is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador and he doesn't want to get caught and deported. He is very shy and doesn't have any friends. During his lunch break he usually breaks away from the group and goes to eat his lunch in the timbers by the dried up river bed on the 6th hole of the Creek Course. Right across the fairway from the Duffy household. One day he notices Mr.Duffy rushing home in his golf cart. Mr.Duffy parks the cart, takes of his golf shoes and enters the house. Nothing unusual.
