Seed Project Repair McCullough Road  Mill 2 inches of existing asphalt  Furnish & install a tack coat to IDOT standards  Furnish & install a 2 inch Hot-Mix asphalt wear course to IDOT standards  Stripe new road with 4 inch stripes to match existing striping pattern to IDOT standards

Labor Considerations Davis Bacon Act applies Prevailing wages in effect at time of award apply to all base year projects Prevailing wages in effect at time options exercised apply to option period projects Employees subject to labor interviews Must have applicable posters at job site
