CSP - who are we? The CSP is the specialist professional, educational and trade union body for the UK ’ s 52,000 qualified physiotherapists, physiotherap students and support workers

NHS terms & conditions Harmonised terms and conditions introduced in 2004 – known as Agenda for Change The agreement covers all the main terms and conditions of employment in the NHS

Pay & holiday Nine pay bands Starting Band 5 salary - £ 21, hours a week 27 days leave per year + 8 bank holidays
