Why won’t people volunteer? “Why didn't you volunteer for this project? I could see your name on it all the way.” “If you wanted me, why didn't you ask? I'd be happy to work with you on this project, but I would never volunteer.”

Engagement Exercise What are the practical implications of recruiting a team and not individuals. Identify new members who are ready for leadership positions. Could a group of members find their why as a discussion group without the structure that operating procedures and officers provide?
