Oldest Animal Found on Earth Prisca

How does it applied to your global issue?  The world’s first animals could date to an even earlier time.  It pushes back the fossil record for animals about 70 million years.

The Benefits of this Discovery  It will let us know that the sponge is the most basal of the evolutionary tree of life.

The Limitation of this Discovery  The Sponge can’t be removed from the rock with the conventional technique, so the Scientist took a picture of the Sponge and made a three dimensional models of this sponge. The Scientist only made a hypothesis from that models.

How would the Discovery influence: social, environmental, economic, political, cultural, or ethical?  Social: Gave knowledge to people about the animals evolutionary tree of life  Environmental: The place that this Scientist found the sponge fossil, can be visited/known by the other Scientist to do more detail research  Cultural: If this Discovery proofs the truth of the evolution theory then no one will believed in creation theory that every religion taught
