5 FIRST-TIME 1.After the deposit payment is received, you will find an notification, containing your username and a link to create a password. SWITCH TO THE ‘PRODUCTS’ MENU, ADD A DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS OF A PRODUCT 1. USE THE LINK IN THE REGISTRATION SENT BY THE ORGANISER, AND LOGIN WITH THE ADVANCED PACKAGE ADD MORE! *3 photos per each product LOGO

9 PRODUCT GALLERY NEW Launched in 2016, PRODUCT GALLERY allows exhibitors of this year publish information about its primary product or a line of products. You may try this option to publish only one product. However, if you decide to publish more products, you are welcome to upgrade a package to Advanced. The catalogue of PL products exhibited at the show. New products, Country and Product filters on the left side can be applied as well. Special Icon for new products! новый онлайн сервис в 2016

How to add a product / service? 1.Switch to ‘PRODUCTS’, click on the ‘Add product’. 2.Fill in information in Russian and English tabs to make it visible on both versions of the website, and click ‘Save’. 3.After filling the form, click on ‘Add image’ and upload a file. 5 products and 3 photos per each within the ADVANCED PACKAGE 1 product and 1 photo within the standard package 10 LOGO

1.Go to the ‘LIBRARIES’ and click on the ‘Add new’ button. 2.Insert text (max. 500 symbols). Switch to the English tab to add a text in English to make it visible on both versions of the website. 3.If you need, you may choose the start and end dates of the publication. 4.Upload an image and file for the press-release. 5.Save changes. How to publish news and files? LOGO 5 PRESS-RELEASES + 1 PRESENTATION within the ADVANCED PACKAGE 3 PRESS RELEASES within the standard package 11

1.Go to the ‘COMPANY PROFILE’. 2.Click on ‘Select file’ and upload an image. 3.Save changes. - Recommended image size: 160х160px. -Format: *.jpeg, *.png, *.gif. -Recommended file size < 400 Kb. * For the use in the online catalogue only. LOGO 1.To share an access to editing information, switch to the ‘PEOPLE MANAGER’. 2.Click on the ‘Add people’ and fill in information about the person. 3.Assign role: -Administrator can edit the company profile. -Delegate is a person seen as a company’s contact in the online catalogue. He or she will probably be contacted by interested buyers. 4.For delegates, you may add a photo and link to social media profile. 5.After the form is complete, click on the ‘Update’, and your colleagues will receive an with instructions on how to activate their profile (see p.8). You can view all registered people in the tab ‘People Manager’.see p.8 13 How to add an employee? - Tick a box ‘ADMIN’, if you want to allow a user to edit company profile. - Tick a box ‘DELEGATE’, if you want the person be seen in the online catalogue as a company contact.

How to get badges? Please, fill in information about your stand representatives, including interpreters, assistants and promoters. Exception: stand builders who work only during build-up works and dismantling. Total number of badges is calculated according to the booked exhibition space: 1 BADGE FOR 3 SQM This form is limited to 15 employees. If you need to register more than 15 persons, please, contact the organiser’s office. Exhibitor badges provide the access to the exhibition floor during the following hours: 21 March – 10:00–20:00 (exhibitor accreditation, build up) 22 March – 08:00–20:00 (first day of the exhibition) 23 March – 08.00–20.00 (last day of the exhibition and the first day of dismantling) 24 March – 08.00–20.00 (dismantling) Each badge is individual and non-transferable. THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED TILL 1 MARCH Exhibitor badges will be available at the registration desk in the exhibition’s pavilion since 21st March. 14
