Reflection

Day 1  How do you feel about your first day here?  What’s the most important thing you learnt about our company?  What’s your training goal?  How do you accomplish your goal?  Why do we sing songs or play games at the very beginning of our class?  What’s the standard of conducting songs and games?

Day 2  How do you think EEO system?  What are the functions of each icon in the tool bar?  How many sections are there in BrainPOP? What are they? How to conduct each section?

Day 4  What’s the procedure of a regular class? Please describe the purpose for each step.  What things you need to concern when preparing lessons?  What does Raz class focus on?  How many levels are there in our current Raz curriculum? What’s the duration of each level’s class? How many activities are there in each level’s class?

Day 5  Can you list 3 comprehension strategies?  Can you list 3 comprehension skills?  Can you describe reading teaching procedure?(before reading, during reading, after reading)  Can you compare and contrast D and G level?

Day 7  What’s the daily routine of a teacher?  What issues might occur during class and what are your solutions to the corresponding issues?  What things are in your daily checklist?  What’s your career development and how do you plan to achieve it?

Day 8  Please describe one of the education theories you leaned today.  What teaching techniques you’ve learned today?  What do you think a good class should be like?

Day 9  Do you still remember your learning objectives written in day 1?  Have you accomplished it?  What feelings do you have after taking part in the training?
