Information Evening for Year 4 Information Evening for Year 4

Departure Time? Wednesday 10 th February 2016 Arrive at school for 1:10 pm KS1 office – directed to the breakfast room (with your suitcase / bag) 1:20 pm – parents to leave All pupils to be toileted before departure at 1:30 pm (j

Medication All medication needs to be in school by Tuesday (unless needed at home for Tuesday night) Can all parents please check your child’s form to ensure all medical and contact details are up to date!

Items Kit list & clothing – plenty of warm layers, outdoor trainers / boots and indoor trainers / slippers for bedrooms Toothbrush / toothpaste (no sharing allowed!) Please put your child’s name in every item of clothing! Remember your plastic bags – label for each day.

Spending money £5 maximum spending money to be spent in the tuck shop - (pens / pencils / magnets / rubbers / sweets etc) Money to be placed in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and class on it. All money should be brought into school by Tuesday to your child’s class teacher. We will then look after the money and ensure it is safe!

Toys / games etc Each child is allowed to bring a book / magazine as well as a cuddly toy. Please note no electrical items / toys are allowed! No mobile phones allowed Only allowed disposable cameras

It’s all in a day A typical day at Kingswood runs as follows: Breakfast between 8:00am and 9am First activities start around 9.30am 10 minute juice break Lunch time allocation between 12pm and 1pm A full afternoon of activities 10 minute juice break Evening meal time allocation between 5pm and 6:30pm Evening entertainment from 8pm, followed by cocoa Reading time, quiet time & lights out.

Information Cost: £82 Deposit of £22 needed by Monday 16 th November. Then you can pay £15 in weekly instalments or the full amount. Total amount of £82 needs to be paid by the week beginning 14 th December and no later than Wednesday 16 th December 2015! Please note, places can not be guaranteed once the deadline for all deposits has passed!
