5 Work schedule. Financing sources Work schedule: 2015 – development of the feasibility study, project approval – development of the design and estimate documentation – construction of the incineration plant. Financing sources Budget funds – 50% Investor funds – 50%

6 Creation of the complex project In course of the project realization it is practicable to foresee the following: 1.Construction of the snow melter utilizing residual heat from the CHP. Snow volume– 250 th. tons per year. 2.Construction of treatment facilities for processing ice water from the snow melter.

Determination of operating conditions, return on investment. -Consideration by the investment committee of the Udmurt Republic and Izhevsk. -Application for assignments from the federal budget.
