Me, Myself & Science Desk Name Cards

What you need: Color paper (Your class color) Your photo taken by me, or home Colored pencils Formatting/Design example

How to make your name card Fold the paper like a hot dog bun (long ways) The fold goes at the top The open end is what will sit on the desk

On the Front Side a picture (or two) of yourself (no more than a year old!) You’ll write your name (NICE & LARGE) and some history & special things about you!

Back Side Design You’ll Write about: Your favorites: music, TV, movies, books, food, hobbies, school subject, etc. Why is science helpful to society? (think of cell phones, computers, transportation, etc.) Why is science helpful to me? (explain how science affects you personally)
