Rigaku Rotary Assembly Top View shows “Inlet” side. This couples with 4-ea ¾“ bolts to “Offset” flange. This flange has central hole 1” offset from center. Bottom View shows “Outlet” side. This couples with twin flanges using 18-ea holes tapped holes Both ends of Rigaku assembly has o-ring groves. So end-flanges only need polished surfaces

Inlet Side of Rigaku Assembly Center section in recessed from outer edge. Outer bolt holes: 4-ea (3/4”) on 7” diameter circle. O-ring groove has ID=5¾“. Recessed portion of surface has an OD=5½”. Central hole = 3.0”. Mating flange should be offset exactly 1.0”.

“Offset Flange” (inlet side) 4 ea ¾” holes Centers 7” Dia. (not tapped) Polish one side For o-ring surface ID = 5½”, OD = 6” Transmission Hole is 3” dia., 1” offset

Outlet Side of Rigaku Assembly 18 Blind-tapped holes, (4¼“ bolt hole radius) O-ring grove diameter is: ID= 3”, OD = 3 3/8”
