The main message  To built Single Digital Market we need single understanding technology  There is no single understanding of concept of Single Digital Market in LITHUANIA and even no clear ownership of the file business legal framework policies

EU policies  A part of EU pillar for Single Market with clear legal basis – art. 26 and art.114 of the Treaty on the functioning of the EUROPEAN UNION  A part of Digital Agenda, one of the flagship initiatives of the strategy EU 2020 – Digital Single Market to be completed by 2015  The ownership: The Competitiveness Council?
