Submission November 2010 Michael Lynch, MJ Lynch & Associates Report of January Interim Meeting The RR-TAG conducted four conference calls –January 31 st to review and approve Doc as a response to FCC NOI “Promoting More Efficient Use of Spectrum Through Dynamic Spectrum Use Technologies”. The chair then submitted this document for an EC review and filed it with the FCC on February 28 th. –February 2 nd to review and approve Doc as a response to FCC NOI “Framework for Next Generation 911 Deployment”. Review, discuss and if appropriate develop and approve a further IEEE 802 submission to ITU-R WP5A on cognitive radio systems in the land mobile service. (Doc ).
