About Cochayuyo Unique seaweed, with long and big shape, that grows in chilean’s coasts. It’s manually collected by local natives. One of the most important attributes is its high protein, iodine and mineral content. It has several medicinal benefits. Is normally used in the cosmetic industry because of its moisturize qualities. Uses: weigh controller, cholesterol reducer, prevent constipation, hypothyroidism, and also can be used as energizing food due to the high level of vitamins and minerals.

Currently, Cochayuyo is an appealing seaweed in the Chilean market, and also very highlighted by by foreigners that had tried it It comes from a safe environment, free of industrial pollution Unique smell and chewing consistency, is not only well food due to its several properties but is a delicious food that can be included in different meals.
