EVENT SUMMARY Charity golf tournament held at Alpharetta Athletic Club- East Course Monday April 30, 2012 Silent Auction Raffle Contests (long drive, closest to the pin, hole in one and putting) Child Sponsorships

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS? Kids need us! All profits go directly to Hope for Guatemala and City of Hope Used for ministry operational expenses as needed

HOW DO WE DO IT? Divide and conquer Committees with committee chair to help coordinate activities Committees include: Food (food sponsor, supplies, hosting at tournament) Sponsorships (title, hole, etc.) Silent Auction and Raffle Golfers Tech (website, finances, communications)

WHAT WE NEED/GOALS Volunteers (~15 day of and for committees) Golfers (Goal of ~100) Title Sponsor Hole Sponsors (18 available plus putting green and driving range) Food Sponsor Baskets, Items & Services for auction 30K in profits
