PREAMBLE This presentation serves to inform prospective clients and stakeholders of the consultation services provided by Marlon Murahwa in detail, in his capacity as an independent consultant. The consultation services provided are in the general field of Information Technology and typically result in one or more deliverable documents or reports being furnished to client. The purchase of these typical documents is then accepted by the client as the end point of the consultation service, a deliverable and the fulfillment of Marlon Murahwa’s consulting services. The terms and conditions of these consulting services are also details within this document.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION Consulting Services; 1.Independent Opinion / Appraisal – In the event of disputes, arbitration, quality control and evaluation of software development projects Marlon Murahwa consults all parties involved and documentation trails to give a report on the project as required by stake holders. 2.Requirements Definition – In a problem space Marlon Murahwa investigates the work flows of a given system in order to ascertain the requirements of a given solution and their qualitative and quantitative value to the system. This includes return on investment, feasibility and risks associated with a given solution. 3.I.T. Policy Audit – Given a product or organization Marlon Murahwa investigates it’s strengths and weaknesses in the current I.T. environment relevant to that specific product or organization, with recommendations for stakeholders. 4.I.T. Strategy Planning – Given a product or organization Marlon Murahwa uses its proposed objectives and goals in order to map out a detailed plan of how these goals can be achieved. 5.Product Specification – Given a requirements definition Marlon Murahwa creates functional and technical specifications that can be used by stake holders, developers and system architects to actualize the product. 6.Solution Design – Given a problem space Marlon Murahwa takes into account the stake holder objectives in specifying a complete socio technical system including staff roles, hardware, software and workflows. 7.Project Planning – Given a specified product or brief Marlon Murahwa formulates a development plan including all steps, personnel and processes necessary to realize the final product including referrals and recommendations.
