Several lines and slides on higher education and the education of future law-enforcement professionals in higher education Independent since: 11 March, ,9 mln.people 65 thous.sq.km. 20 (plus 2) universities More than 110 thous. students enrolled Binary system applies: higher non-university (college: diploma: professional bachelor) and (higher – university: diploma/qualification: 1 cycle (bachelor) ( ECTS), 2 cycle (master) ( ECTS), 3 cycle (doctoral) studies system functions) 1 ECTS: 26 – 28 (27) hours of student’s work. Regularly, contact hours for 1 cycle studies – no less than 20%; for master degree studies – no less than 10% of credits

The programme is initiated and financed by the FRONTEX, it is delivered in cooperation with 5 other universities in Spain, Latvia, the Netherlands and Estonia.
