Q : Which skills are necessary for getting a job in your company ? A : I work in a factory. I have an ability to repair machines. Q : Do you have jobs available in your company? If not, why not ? A : Yes we have. You can usually find positions in different departments. Q : Are the young people prepared enough for getting a job in your company? A : No, not much actually. They need some pre- work training and experience.

NAME : AYŞE SURNAME : TÜRK AGE : 27 JOB : Waitress

Q : Which skills are necessary for getting a job in your company ? A : I work in Pizza House. I am practical and fast. I know English and a bit Russian. I should be kind to all costumers. Q :Do you have jobs available in your company? If not, why not ? A: No, unfortunately because it is a small restaurant and all workers have been working for 4 years at least. Q : Are the young people prepared enough for getting a job in your company ? A : Yes, of course we get seminars and training weeks before starting.

Q : When do you think you will get a job after you graudate ? A : I am a student in photography. I like taking proffesional photos. I do not know but I hope I can find something. Q : How far from home would you accept to work? A : Oh, it is not a problem I can work everywhere in Europe and I need it, I need to travel to get better photos in fact. Q : In which field would you like to work? A : I want to be a fashion photographer.

Q : When do you think you will get a job after you graudate ? A : I am a student in engineering faculty. There are a lot of engineers in our country looking for a job so I think I can start work in two or three years. Q : How far from home would you accept to work ? A : In these conditions I should accept any job, from anywhere. Q : In which field would you like to work? A : I am studying at mechanical. So I would like to work in an industry of machines.

Q : How much time (applications) did it take you to get a job ? A : I did not wait to get a job. I started working in a public hospital even after gratuation. Q : What is your opinion on the education system ? Were the things learnt at school useful for you career ? A : More or less. But I think it could be better. Q : Are you happy with your present life? A : Sure. I am very happy and can be happier with much more salary.

Q : How much time (applications) did it take you to get a job ? A : It was my second year after gratuation because I had to pass another exam to start working in a public school. Q : What is your opinion on the education system ? Were the things learnt at school useful for your career ? A : Oh, it could be much better. We learned something just from books but they were not a real life. To be a better teacher we need to taste real atmosphere. Q : Are you happy with you present life? A : Of Course! I am happy but it can be better with some changes on the education system.
