Barclays Bank Plc British Bank (financial operator) Established in 1896 by a merger of several London Banks Part of the FTSE 100 and NY Stock Exchange. (Also of the Tokyo Stock Exchange until 2008) Barclays was the first bank with a cash dispenser. Popularity of the Barclaycard (credit card)/ Football A lot of subsidiaries

Financial performance A decline of the total amount of assets over the last 3 years witch is due to a decrease of the current assets. (Cash and net receivables) Increase of the liabilities and the stockholder equity goes up from the last years. Total revenues have been reduced by 10 billion
