LIMITED COLLECTOR’S EDITION presents

Mom calls the pizza place. “Hi Fast Food Maniac I want to order Johnny’s favorite pizza a double cheese, double pepperoni meat lovers.” 13 year old Johnny the son of a single Mom is home alone while his Mom is working over and is hungry and waiting on Mom. Guilty rewards are like time bombs!!!

The Fast Food Maniac loves it when Johnny’s Mom feels guilty, because he sells lots of pizza. Mom feels good when Johnny is so excited about his favorite food and is not thinking about long term health problems. “Curious Chef Crusader can’t stop me now!!” Mom does not have time to cook!!

Mom remembers the cooking classes and calls CCC! “HELP I need you to head off the fast food maniac. “I am the Curious Chef Crusader and I am on my way. HSHC is sponsoring a cooking class for kids and Mom happened to have seen a flyer at the Texas County Health Department.

Parents sometimes do not introduce new foods to kids, because they want to avoid the battle, but not CCC. Curious Chef Crusader says to the kids “We have no food allergies so all ingredients have to go in” and the kids are grumbling, because they don’t want to try new foods. Johnny says “I hate spinach” and another says “I don’t like onions” and yet another says YUCK cottage cheese. “Ha Ha” says the Fast Food Maniac. While Curious Chef Crusader is teaching the cooking classes some of the kids don’t like some ingredients.

Not only did Johnny learn how to cook for him and Mom while she is working late, but a lot of kids learned they like spinach, onions and cottage cheese in the dish they prepared which was Stove Top Lasagna!!! The moral of this story is sometimes there is more than one HERO!!! It ain’t over till the healthy kid sings. The food is done and the kids are eating what they cooked and they love it.
