Talent Management  Definition: “Talent management is the implementation of integrated strategies or systems designed to increase workplace productivity by developing improved processes for attracting, developing, retaining and utilizing people with the required skills and aptitude to meet current and future business needs.” (Kehinde, 2012)  A new and emerging area that companies do not know how to manage successfully.  Companies need to consider this because of the changing working environment.  The company need to accept the reality and implement strategies accordingly.  Involve the entire organization.
