AFRICAN CONGRESS ON DISCIPLESHIP 2017 MANI Discipleship Network

Goal To identify, learn and disseminate viable models for the practice of life- transforming discipleship in African churches

Sub-goal 1-Identify We need to identify what are workable and what are not workable among the several discipleship models which are currently in use in African churches

Churches, discipleship movements, and other discipleship practitioners should kindly, and for the interest of God’s purpose in and through the church in Africa, package what they do as discipleship to share with the rest of the African church (guidelines to be given)

Sub-goal 2-Learn We come to the congress to learn what models are available, workable or not workable; Why it is so; and If there are possible ways of improving their impact potentials

Sub-goal 3-Disseminate As a functional network of MANI, the African Congress on Discipleship will pursue a programmed strategy for popularizing workable (life-transforming) discipleship models among churches in Africa within some specified time frame

Time & Venue The ACD is being proposed for - May / June 2017 The venue will be -South Africa
