Cellulite Diet Source -

Introduction The bumpy fat deposits underneath the skin called as cellulite is caused by a number of factors including hormonal, genetics and lifestyle. Cellulite can be reduced in a natural and effective way by taking proper diet. The dietary recommendation for controlling cellulite include:

1. Drinking lots of liquids and staying hydrated One of the most common causes of cellulite is toxins. Drinking lots of water and juices help us to stay hydrated, which is essential for healthy skin, which in turn helps to hide the appearance of cellulite.

2. Eat Raw Fruits Eating fruits rich in vitamin c methoxylated bioflavonoids, which improve the blood circulation and correct cell imbalances that may lead to cellulite.

3. Eat Plenty Of Green And Leafy Vegetable Many green vegetables like broccoli, leafy vegetables are rich in nutritional value and contains Alpha Linolenic Acid that help stop inflammation and tissue damage thus reducing cellulite.

4. Drink Green Tea Green tea contains an ingredient called theobromine, which stimulates the release of stored fats in the body. Drinking green tea will help to burn more fat, so there will be less fat under the skin to dimple and cause cellulite.

5. Eat Whole Grain Foods Whole grains like bread and cereals, brown rice and pasta, and try foods such as quinoa and barely provide valuable vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber in our diet. They are also high in antioxidants, battling against cellulite-causing toxins
