System data usage – Free data & time allowances – Pre-Paid All system features can be configured to be free for the crew to use within specified data and time limits per day/month, or to be pre-paid trough reload strings Data credit reload strings are generated by ship owner on a shore web portal: The data strings size, number and price to crew is decided upon and managed by the ship owner The crews insert the data strings within the user interface and their data allowance will be topped up This feature is ideal for customers that like to to charge the crews for the Internet usage

Ease of installation – Step by Step The router can be purchased directly from any retail outlet world-wide for a price of approx USD 200 The CrewCommWifi system is designed for ease of installation and setup: 1 : Upload the system firmware to the Wi-Fi router from a pc/laptop 2 : Connect to the router network admin page and insert vessel name and a reference address 3 : Connect the router to the Internet. It will automatically register on the system servers 4 : Login to the web support portal were the vessel will be visible. Setup the system licenses/features, firewall, access control and pre-paid/free data & time allowances 5: The settings are automatially uploaded to the router 6 : Connect the router to the Satcom terminal on-board the vessel and it will automatically connect to the Internet 7 : The crews can begin using the system
