14  There are 11 ombudsman Centre's in India which provides quick disposal of the grievances of the policy-holders at nominal cost.  Policy document should clearly mention inter-alia the grievance redressal mechanism, name and address of grievance officer, ombudsman to whom complaint can be registered.
