LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION PROCESS Pick up a Letter of Recommendation form from counselors or DSF Fill out entirely Go to teacher/counselor/coach/staff and ask if they can write you a letter. If so give them the completed form MAKE SURE YOU ASK A MONTH IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW TEACHERS THE TIME TO WRITE A QUALITY LETTER.
