TRAFFIC AND ROAD SAFETY
Presentation transcript:

Regardless of all the traffic regulations, the safest way of crossing the street is the responsibility of the pedestrians. This is especially important for children pedestrians. Road Safety ‘Always look on the bright side of life’ poster promotes personal responsibility during crossing the street. Inspired by the famous Monty Python song, the message is focused on ‘always look’ for your ‘life’.

Driving through large boulevards often involves realignment in the right lane, but many drivers do not take into account the existence of the blind spot. Ignoring the responsibilities of looking over your right shoulder often causes collisions and is a great stress, especially for young drivers. Responsible Behaviors ‘Blind spot’ poster demonstrates the importance of respecting the physical characteristics of the limited field of vision while driving.

During the research, students have found many reports and analysis on the consequences of using mobile phones while driving. Unfortunately, many drivers in Serbia do not respect the norm prohibiting the use of mobile phones. Risky Behaviors ‘No cell phones while driving’ poster represents the most frequent consequences of use of cell phones while driving.

The problem of parking in the big city threatens the normal functioning of all citizens (drivers, pedestrians, utilities, etc.). Responsible Behaviors ‘Parking’ poster indicates the irresponsible behavior in the use of available space for parking.

Video Experiment: ‘Blind spot’ video represents a kind of video experiment or evidence on the same subject. Responsible Behaviors

Within the topic Road Safety, Project team, in cooperation with the school management, organized the visit and training of students to the National driving academy (NAVAK). Acquiring a unique and important experience in polygons, with lectures and training, represents an outstanding contribution to the security of future drivers. Last year students of high school had the opportunity to experience different driving conditions and hear expert advice.

Respecting knowledge and responsibility as mandatory elements, the students stressed the importance of experience for safe driving.
