 Set an effective measure of learning as one of the goals of implementing LMS to ensure that inputs received are aligned with the objective.  Always view LMS as a strategy instead of a tool. This is because LMS is already in form of process in the training function.

 Always explain the learning evaluation process clearly to students or vendor because the more they know the more they are interested in this system.  Schedule process for conducting evaluation surveys regularly for each learning session to keep up with students or employee.  Use assessment module for LMS to create relevant and timely assessment of a student.

 Blendspace  Atrixware’s Learning Management System  Bluevolt  CertPoint  Active Learner

 It is an online system that was originally designed to support classroom learning in academic settings such as universities and high schools.  However, the term CMS is being replaced by Learning Management System or LMS.

 Provides an area for faculty posting of class materials such as course syllabus and handouts.  Provide an area for student posting of papers and other assignments.  Can be a gradebook where faculty can record grades and each student can view his or her grades.  An integrated tool allowing participants to send announcement messages to the entire class or to a subset of the entire class.

 A chat tool allowing synchronous communication among class participants.  A threaded discussion board allowing asynchronous communication among participants.  reduces delivery costs because people can get information through internet access and there’s no need for mails and letters.

 Organizations  Companies  Learning institutions

 Students and educators  Employees and employer  Administrator and administrations

 Problems are identified and resolved. Some of the more successful and popular modules may then be added to the basic CMS such as authentication.  The next one is assignments. In this section, details will be given of the implementation of the modules used in both stages of the study, along with brief comments on the results obtained.  General comments about CMS can be made and can be read by everyone in certain CMS committee or in a simpler word chat.
