founded in 2007 to... explore virtual worlds for learning participate in various EU-projects currently teach Business English head for more Gerhilde Meissl-Egghart, Klaus Hammermüller and a great network of trainers, designers, actors, programmers,... Who is talkademy ? 1/2

Why do we love projects ? Projects... deliver topics for communication foster participant‘s involvement and teambuilding combine language work with real interest create real value (the results!) make you proud 1/3

This year's topic... a prototype for a social activity in a virtual world that is interactive (between humans) that has an impact on the participants that is fun

What could that be? scene of an ARG or quest, team-building activity (dangerous planet), role-play (murder mystery dinner party), conversation game, teamwork in a maze / paintball, the school-mediation project (Luisa's link) a prototype – all means permitted: build in SL, images, videos,... goal: audience can imagine, what it would be about (and if it would be fun to participate) – and would like to participate

Grading (1) Personal reflection of learning: blog after each session final report (2) Result of teamwork: quality of the idea (fun-factor!) quality of idea for realisation quality of presentation (convince audience to participate)
