Standardized Administration Please follow all directions carefully to be able to make decisions or draw conclusions about a student’s performance from the normative data (national, state, or district). Altering the instructions or the presentation of the test forms, providing hints, giving corrective feedback, or using test forms as teaching tools will invalidate any norms-based decisions. It is important that all examiners become familiar with these administration directions prior to administering any of the measures.

Begin a Benchmark DRF Measure Click Students 2.Select Benchmark Comparison, and filter to the group, battery, and period 3.Click onto the icon under the Assess column 2

Assess Students with Online Assessments

Assigning Single Tests Click the “gear” icon from the Benchmark Comparison or Monitor screens 2.Enter assessment details and click Assign

Begin an Online Assessment with TestNav (Use PARCC Profile to access TestNav)

Online Testing Tips Each student will need a headphone. Have a few extra ready. Test that audio is working on each computer with the headsets before logging in. Make sure that each computer has TestNav properly installed. Be sure that each student has their own passcode information.

ROI Growth Norms Report View ROI growth norms for your group compared to national growth percentiles.

Tier Transition Report Track group progress across benchmark periods by group and student.

Norms Tables View either local or national norm ranges by benchmark period. Also view average ROI between periods within each range.

Benchmark Comparison Report View benchmarking results and how students compare to each other in a group. View measures that students are monitored with. See a overview of monitoring performance.

Individual Benchmark Report Track individual student benchmark progress and make comparisons to norm samples. Determine risk and need for support.

Score Snapshot Report View a snapshot of student performance in an academic area that includes measures and composite results. Look at risk factors and growth.

Skills Plan Report (Early Numeracy & Math) Provides detailed information about student’s current performance at a domain and item level.

Skills Plan Report (Reading) Provides detailed information about a student’s current performance in the reading areas across multiple measures.

Individual Monitor Report Shows student progress towards monitoring goals. Determines efficacy of interventions.
