2016 Conversational Chinese in St. Peter’s Church

Course Description The course is designed for students who wants to Learn or increase their conversational Chinese related to daily-life situations, health promotion, friendship building and evangelism. This includes students who were raised or lived in a non-Chinese speaking environment and/or students who have acquired basic Mandarin and/or students who understand or speak a Chinese dialect other than Mandarin. This course aims to develop students’ communicative skills in Mandarin, efficiency in building friendship with mandarin speaking people, it will teach but may not focus on the correct pronunciation, grammatical accuracy and overall competence in reading and writing. The course will be more active, practical and interactive rather than academic. It hopes to benefits students’ own lives, families and help the students to be blessings to more people.
