Dental Vision and Hearing Multiple versions of this product are being sold. Coverage includes – Preventive services up to an annual maximum – Percentage of covered services up to an annual maximum – Subject to either a $100 deductible or $0 deductible – Children can be covered – No coordination of benefits – Household discount

Short Term Care Similar to a Long Term Care product but for up to 360 days. Benefits can reset twice if care is not needed for 6 months. Inflation can be incorporated Various per-day reimbursement rates Spousal discount Home healthcare coverage available

Critical Illness Provides lump sum payment when one of 5 critical illnesses occur (Cancer, Heart attack, Kidney Failure, Stroke, Major organ transplant). Payment amount up to $100,000 Cash available for any use.

Medicare Supplement Plans A, B, C, D, F, G, and N available in most states. Provides coverage for things Medicare doesn’t pay in parts A and B. The market for this product varies considerably from state to state. Our rates are most competitive in OH, PA, GA, MO, and CO.

Accident Medical Expense Provides reimbursement for medical expenses due to accident up to an annual maximum. Designed to work well with High Deductible Health Plans. Annual Maximum can be as high as $25,000

Life Insurance Final Expense – Whole Life policy designed to provide for funeral expenses. – Face values up to $25,000. Single Premium Whole Life – Whole Life policy with an initial lump sum premium. Term Life Insurance – 10, 15, 20 or 30 year term life insurance.

Non Commissioned products Accidental Death and Hospital Indemnity Plan (ADHIP) – Provides a daily indemnity benefit for hospital stays and a death benefit for accidental death Emergicare (US only) – Provides benefits for medical expenses due to an accident HIP (Canada only) – Pays daily indemnity benefit for hospital stays Lifeguard – Decreasing term life insurance Membership and Accident Coverage (MAC) – Provides limited benefits for medical expenses due to an accident.
