It already appears that interim activity reporting would meet its objective with one page per task (+list of publications and optional complementary discussions of results), see next page for a template.

11/19/ Information per task Mandate Progress towards objectives Significant results Planning, deviations and corrective actions Estimate of use of resources Plans for next semester = 1 page +list of events, presentations, publications and optional further discussion of results

11/19/ /19/2016 Third Meeting of the EuCARD Steering Committee 11 EuCARD Coordination Office Interim Reporting on Use of Resources 14/37 partners not yet submitted their IRUS reports! “full cost” reporting not well understood / implemented several partner report zero costs, even if activities have started not all partners (able to) report on Task level  Need to review / discuss / decide on the issues in order to be able to report on the resource utilisation to the GB in April 2010.

HiRadMat will be late by > one year; EC to be informed All tasks so far (WP1 to 7), except above, are declared on schedule by the WP activity reports.

11/19/ /19/2016 Third Meeting of the EuCARD Steering Committee 14 Conclusion From the Coordination Office, the project appears so far on good tracks. We shall draw conclusions in the next SC meeting on the interim reporting procedure. With the start-up of the LHC, it is proposed to hold the next SC meeting (January) at CERN.
