Useful Information: Payroll and pensions –Pay date – 27 th of each month or earlier if a weekend or bank holiday –Pay slips are sent to contacts in faculties and services for distribution –Three pension schemes, LGPS, TPS and USS. –Retirement benefits are an annual pension with option of a tax free lump sum Learning and development –We offer courses in: IT skills, equality and diversity, management development, personal development and wellbeing. –These can be in the form of workshops or through e-learning, when time is short. –There is the opportunity to achieve recognised qualifications as we are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management –Accessible at all points – from joining the university to leaving – and at all points in between!
